2007 Corvette
	In 2007, we became the happy owners of a brand new Chevrolet Corvette.
	My favorite color, it has a 6 speed manual transmission.
	It has 400 horsepower capable of 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 184mph.
	Yippee!
	Surprisingly, it gets 30 miles per gallon on the highway.

	We make a yearly trip down to the Smoky Mountains Natonal Park.
	Fall is a great time to go.
	In winter it likes to stay in the garage..
	But we have taken several trips out to California to escape Chicago winters and that usually includes getting through any Illinois snow
	The trip can include stops in New Orleans and/or Texas and New Mexico.
	The last leg from Yuma, Arizona into California takes a of couple of hours and goes through the mountains. Those mountains are the only time we got stuck in snow!
